What does it mean when you say “No Minimums”?
Most promotional products companies have a Minimum Order Quantity or MOQ. Their prices for an item might seem cheap until you read the fine print and learn that you have to order 500, 1,000, or even sometimes 5,000 units to get the custom item you want. At Imagine That Promo, we want you to be happy with your order and we do not want you to feel like you are “stuck” with more product than you need. Our policy for ordering product is simple, “Get what you want, pay for what you need”.
What is a Set Up Fee, and what does No Set Up Fees mean?
Many promotional products companies post attractive per unit prices for items and then add Set Up Fees to make up the difference. These fees normally range from $50 to $250 per order.has no hidden fees. When you place an order for an item, you get the price quoted. The only additional fees are shipping and tax. We believe that’s the right way to conduct business.
If you don’t have Minimum Orders and Set Up Fees than how do you make money?
Repeat business. We believe that when the customer gets what they want and they don’t feel “stuck” with promotional products they don’t need, they will order additional items. We want you to feel good about your purchase and tell your friends.
How long does it take for me to get my order?
Most orders are shipped within 2 weeks. Larger Orders that are shipped from overseas can take 30 days. We do understand that some orders need to be “rushed” and we attempt to make accommodations for our customers.
What if I don’t have a logo?
No logo, no problem. Our graphic design team will work with you to design a logo that will make your promotional products stand out.
